You get a black and white Pattern. A floss usage list, and the floss is listed in Numerical order.
Pattern lists 4 (four) stitch counts. 80 DMC colors. I am including a Sulky Rayon to DMC conversion chart. This would look fab and very shiny stitched with Sulky Rayon.
My pattern is made with Larger Print making the symbols easy to see.
